Summary
This study is testing a new drug called TCC1727 in combination with other cancer medications for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The first part of the study will find the safest and most effective dose. The second part will test how well the drug combination works against specific cancers like advanced lung, stomach, and endometrial cancer.
