First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called TC-D101 for people with a specific type of advanced small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) to target a protein called DLL3 on cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it helps shrink tumors. About 24 adults aged 18-75 who meet eligibility criteria will take part.
