New cell therapy targets rare sarcoma in Late-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called TBI-1301 for people with a rare type of cancer called synovial sarcoma that has spread or come back. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to attack cancer cells with a specific marker (NY-ESO-1). About 5 adults with advanced disease will receive the therapy after chemotherapy to prepare their bodies. The goal is to see if it shrinks tumors and is safe.
