NCT ID NCT06400160
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called TB511, alone or with pembrolizumab, in people with advanced solid tumors (lung, prostate, colorectal, or liver cancer) that stopped responding to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, finding the safest dose of TB511 alone; second, seeing if TB511 plus pembrolizumab can shrink tumors. About 12 adults will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
