Summary
This early-stage study tests a new tuberculosis (TB) vaccine called Ad5-105K in 36 healthy adults aged 18 to 49 who have a positive TB blood test but no active disease. The main goal is to check the vaccine's safety and how well the body's immune system responds. Participants will receive either a low or high dose of the vaccine or a placebo, and researchers will monitor for side effects and measure antibody levels.
