New registry tracks hidden dangers after common heart procedure

Summary
This study will follow 2500 people who had a TAVR procedure (a less invasive way to replace a heart valve) to understand their risks of bleeding or blood clots afterward. Researchers will track different blood thinner treatments and valve types to see how they affect these risks over time. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors personalize care for future patients.
