First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests if a mild electrical pulse on the ear during breast cancer surgery can reduce anxiety, depression, and pain after the operation. About 232 women will receive either real or fake stimulation to see if it helps them feel better and recover faster. The goal is a simple, drug-free way to improve emotional well-being during surgery.
