Summary
This study looked at 75 people with severe aortic stenosis who were getting a TAVI procedure to replace their heart valve. Researchers measured how well the tiny blood vessels in the heart worked and how much scarring was present. The goal was to understand the link between vessel function and heart muscle damage, not to test a new treatment.
