Summary
This study tested a new medicine called TAU-284 to see if it could reduce itching in children with eczema (atopic dermatitis). About 300 children aged 7 to 15 took part. The goal was to compare TAU-284 to an existing medicine, ketotifen, to see if it worked just as well.
