Summary

This study tested whether task-specific electrical stimulation can improve upper limb motor skills in 30 children aged 4 to 7 with spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy. The therapy uses mild electrical pulses to activate muscles during functional tasks. The goal was to see if this approach helps children gain better control and use of their arms and hands.
