First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether a technique called task-specific electrical stimulation can improve upper limb gross motor skills in 30 children aged 2 to 6 with spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy. The treatment applies mild electrical pulses to specific arm muscles during targeted tasks to help build strength and coordination. Researchers will measure changes in arm function and joint range of motion.
