First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a special exercise program called Task-Specific Circuit Training (TSCT) helps children with cerebral palsy improve their movement, balance, and quality of life. Thirty-four children aged 5 to 12 who could walk with or without help took part. One group did TSCT while the other did standard physical therapy for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in motor skills, balance, and well-being to see which approach works better.
