Summary
This study tests a high-intensity exercise program called Task-Oriented Circuit Training (TOCT) in 34 children aged 5-12 with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. The training focuses on repetitive, task-specific movements to improve walking ability and participation in daily life. Researchers will measure changes using a 6-minute walk test and a daily activity scale.
