Summary

This study will check how well the RSVpreF vaccine works when given to pregnant women in Brazil. Researchers will follow 5000 infants up to 180 days old to see if the vaccine reduces hospitalizations and doctor visits for RSV-related breathing problems. The goal is to understand real-world protection for babies.
