Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called tarlatamab works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced neuroendocrine carcinoma that has worsened after initial treatment. It's a large, late-stage trial that will measure if the drug helps patients live longer and with better quality of life. The trial is specifically for adults whose cancer has a certain marker (DLL3) and has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
