New combo therapy targets tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, tarlatamab and ZL-1310, with or without a third drug (durvalumab) in people with small cell lung cancer that has come back after standard treatment. The main goal is to find safe doses and check for side effects. About 160 adults will take part. Researchers will also watch for tumor shrinkage and how long any benefit lasts.
