Summary

This study tested a 12-week health coaching program called Sip & Snack Better to see if it could help teens ages 12-16 eat less added sugar. Thirty teens and their parents took part. The program was compared to using only a phone app. The study also checked if a breath or hair test could measure sugar intake accurately.
