NCT ID NCT06427798

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug that combines a targeting protein with a radioactive agent to kill cancer cells in people with advanced gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors or pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. About 66 adults who have already received at least one prior radiation therapy will get the drug through an IV over four 8-week cycles. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
