NCT ID NCT06827860

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called talquetamab in elderly patients whose multiple myeloma has returned after initial treatment. The drug helps the body's immune cells attack cancer cells. If the drug stops working, another drug (daratumumab) may be added. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for patients who are not candidates for more aggressive treatments like stem cell transplants.
