This Phase 3 study tested an experimental oral drug called TAK-279 in 693 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants received either TAK-279, an approved treatment (apremilast), or a placebo for up to 61 weeks. Inclusion Criteria: 1. Plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months. 2. Moderate to severe disease. 3. Candidate for phototherapy or systemic therapy. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Other forms of psoriasis. 2.
