New drug shows promise for rare, severe psoriasis

Summary
This study tests whether TAK-279 can improve symptoms of two rare and severe forms of psoriasis: generalized pustular psoriasis and erythrodermic psoriasis. All 18 adult participants will receive TAK-279 for up to 52 weeks. The main goal is to see how many achieve clear or almost clear skin at week 16.
