New chair design aims to take the pain out of sitting

Summary
This study tests whether chairs with special foam materials and shapes can reduce tailbone pain and improve sitting comfort. About 42 adults who sit at a desk for most of the day and have tailbone pain will try a specially designed chair for one week. Researchers will measure pressure, pain, and quality of life to see if the chair helps.
