Summary
This study looked at whether Tai Chi or a wellness program could help Gulf War Veterans with chronic pain, fatigue, and mood problems. 114 Veterans took part, with sessions done in person or later by video due to COVID-19. The goal was to see if these gentle mind-body approaches reduce symptoms and improve daily life.
