Tai chi may help prevent falls in spine condition patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a tai chi program can improve walking and balance in adults with cervical myelopathy, a spinal cord condition. Twenty participants will either take tai chi classes or receive usual care. Their mobility and fall risk will be tracked for a year using simple walking tests.
