New hope for Hard-to-Treat leukemia: drug cocktail shows promise

Summary
This study tests a new combination of three drugs (TAGraxofusp, azacitidine, and venetoclax) for people with a type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that developed after prior treatment with similar drugs. The goal is to see if this combination can achieve complete remission. The study involves 53 adults who will receive the drugs in 28-day cycles, with regular bone marrow biopsies to check progress.
