Summary

This study is testing a drug called tafasitamab in children with a very high-risk form of leukemia that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments, including stem cell transplants. The goal is to see if this antibody drug is safe for kids and if it can help prevent the cancer from returning. The study will first find the right dose and then see how well it works to keep the leukemia away.
