Summary
This study tested the safety and drug levels of a daily HIV prevention pill (TAF-FTC) in 54 healthy Kenyan women. Participants took different numbers of doses per week to mimic real-world use. The goal was to find out how much drug is needed to prevent HIV and help interpret results from larger prevention studies.
