First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation on specific acupoints (TAES) can reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy in children aged 10-17 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Sixty participants will receive either real or sham TAES for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and can improve symptoms, physical function, and quality of life.
