Summary
This study tests whether a procedure called transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with standard chemotherapy and targeted drugs works better than chemotherapy alone for elderly patients (65+) with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to shrink tumors and control the disease. About 50 participants will be enrolled.
