First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a procedure called transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with standard chemotherapy and targeted drugs works better than chemotherapy alone for elderly patients (65+) with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to shrink tumors and control the disease. About 50 participants will be enrolled.
