New combo therapy targets unresectable liver cancer

Summary
This study tests a new combination treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The treatment includes a procedure that delivers chemotherapy directly to the tumor (TACE) plus two drugs that boost the immune system and block blood vessel growth. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and help patients live longer, while monitoring side effects. About 30 adults aged 18 to 75 with good liver function and no prior systemic therapy will participate.
