Summary
This study tested a technology-based coaching and support program designed for Asian American midlife women (ages 40-65) who care for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. The program aimed to reduce caregiver stress and improve health. Fifty-four participants from Chinese or Korean backgrounds took part, and researchers measured changes in stress, strain, and quality of life.
