New hope for rare blood cancer: Triple-Drug attack on T-PLL

Summary

This study tests whether combining three drugs (cladribine, ruxolitinib, and venetoclax) can control a rare, aggressive leukemia called T-PLL that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The trial will enroll 36 adults and focus on safety and how well the drug combo works. It is not yet recruiting participants.
