First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This phase 2 trial tests the drug T-DXd (Enhertu) in 27 adults with advanced HER2-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain but is not causing symptoms. The main goal is to see how long the drug can keep brain tumors from growing. T-DXd is already approved for certain lung cancers, and this study focuses on patients with brain metastases.
