First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether specially selected immune cells from a donor can safely treat cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in people who have had a stem cell transplant. About 20 participants will receive an infusion of donor T-cells that are trained to attack CMV. The main goal is to check for side effects, including graft-versus-host disease, and to see if the infection clears.
