Summary
This early-phase study tests a cell therapy called T-allo10 given after a special stem cell transplant (αβ depleted-HSCT) in children and young adults with blood cancers. The goal is to see if it safely helps rebuild the immune system faster, without causing severe graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). About 22 participants will receive different doses to find the safest and most effective one.
