Summary
This study tests a new drug called SYS6090, given together with chemotherapy or other targeted drugs, in people with advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 596 adults aged 18 to 75 with non-small cell or small cell lung cancer will take part.
