Summary
This study tests a new drug called SYS6090 combined with chemotherapy or other targeted drugs for people with advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. About 596 adults aged 18 to 75 with non-small cell or small cell lung cancer will take part.
