Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called SYS6051 in about 114 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must be 18 or older, in fairly good health, and have at least one measurable tumor.
