First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug (SYS6010) to the standard targeted therapy (osimertinib) before surgery helps shrink tumors more effectively in people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer). About 120 adults with stage II to IIIB cancer that can be surgically removed will take part. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to fewer cancer cells remaining in the removed tissue.
