New disc implant aims to ease chronic neck pain

Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective the Synergy Disc is for people with degenerative disc disease in the neck. It will follow 50 patients for 12 months after surgery to see if their neck disability and pain improve. The goal is to help patients move better and feel less pain without major complications.
