NCT ID NCT07596238

First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a structured swimming program helps people recover better after spinal fusion surgery. 124 adults who had the surgery either did swimming exercises or standard rehab. The swimming started 6-8 weeks after surgery and lasted 12 weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, and quality of life to see if swimming made a difference.
