Summary
This study looked at whether specific exercises could help competitive swimmers with shoulder pain and poor posture, like a forward head and rounded shoulders. 42 high school swimmers with these issues took part. The goal was to see if exercise could improve their posture angles, not to provide a cure or treatment.
