This study looked at whether special swallowing exercises (called physiological manipulation) and mild electrical stimulation on the neck can help stroke patients who have trouble swallowing. 158 adults who had a stroke and developed swallowing problems took part. Inclusion Criteria: * post stroke Dysphagia patients will be included. Exclusion Criteria: * Any other co-morbid condition (Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease) will be excluded. * Drug intake, History of Alcohol \& Smoking will be excluded.
