First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests an oral drug called SVG103 (paxalisib) in 15 adults with rare brain conditions (FCD-II, TSC, or HME) that cause hard-to-control seizures. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and side effects, while also seeing if it can reduce how often seizures happen. Participants will take the drug long-term to see if it helps manage their condition.
