Summary
This study compares using stitches (nylon sutures) versus staples to close surgical wounds after fixing broken leg bones. Researchers want to see which method leads to fewer infections and whether it's practical to run a larger study. About 50 adults with specific leg fractures will be randomly assigned to one closure method and followed for standard care plus surveys.
