TRX vs. treadmill: which Warm-Up boosts performance?
NCT ID NCT07215052
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at how two different warm-up methods—walking on a treadmill versus using a TRX suspension trainer—affect exercise performance in healthy, active young adults aged 19 to 25. Participants will try both warm-ups on separate days, then take a treadmill test to exhaustion. The goal is to see if the suspension warm-up leads to similar peak oxygen uptake and heart-lung responses as the treadmill warm-up.
