This study looks at whether older adults (75+) who had precancerous polyps removed still benefit from repeat colonoscopies. Researchers will track cancer rates in 130,000 Veterans and interview patients and doctors to understand risks and benefits. The goal is to create clear guidelines for when to stop or continue screening in this age group.
