Summary
This study looks at whether older adults (75+) who had precancerous polyps removed in the past still benefit from repeat colonoscopies. Researchers will analyze health records from 130,000 Veterans and interview patients and doctors. The goal is to create clear guidelines on who should continue screening and who can safely stop.
