Dental implant infection study tests best surgical fix

Summary
This study compares two surgical treatments for peri-implantitis, a serious gum infection around dental implants. About 52 adults will receive either a bone graft alone or a bone graft with a protective collagen membrane. The goal is to see which method better controls infection and preserves the implant over 5 years.
