Summary
This pilot study tested whether a class and hands-on practice in ergonomics (safe body movements) helps OB/GYN residents avoid work-related injuries during surgery. Twenty-three residents participated. Some received only the class, while others also got guided practice with feedback from an AI video tool. The study measured whether participants learned and remembered safer techniques after two months.
