NCT ID NCT06016855

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether removing as much tumor as possible with surgery before giving a special type of radiation therapy (PRRT) works better for people with advanced neuroendocrine tumors of the gut or pancreas that have spread to the liver. About 6 adults with grade 1 or 2 tumors will receive standard surgery followed by the radioactive drug lutetium Lu 177 dotatate. Researchers will measure how long the cancer stays under control and any side effects.
