Summary
This study looked at 60 adults with a slipped vertebra in the lower back (degenerative spondylolisthesis) who needed surgery. It compared two types of spine fusion: one that only fuses the back of the spine (GPLI) and one that also fuses the front (TLIF). The goal was to see which approach better helps bones heal together, improves spine alignment, and avoids the need for another surgery.
